Galvanized steel, sheet metal, iron, etc. 

1. Surface Preparation:
The surface should be as firm and smooth as possible. The joints and cracks will be sealed with polyurethane putty, applied locally in convenient areas.
Completely remove existing paint and contaminants by mechanical procedures.

2. Priming:
EpoxyPhosphate Zinc, applied in 1 layer with airless spray.
Consumption: 0.100 Lts./m2

3. Finishing:
PolyCril 2C, applied in 2 layers with roller, brush or airless spray.
Consumption: 0.200 to 0.250 Lts./m2
